However, I often want to watch YouTube videos while studying or working, but I don't want to get caught by my brother, so I thought I needed a way to quickly switch between them.CautionSwitching will not work if the last touched part of the Chrome browser when switching is a PIP Video. Presumably this is because the PIP Video is not recognized as a tab, even though it is part of the Chrome browser.RecommandationsI'm looking for job so it doesn't matter to me, but for those of you who are working, I don't recommend using this feature to watch YouTube videos at work.IssueIf you have an extension that uses the Alt + P, Option + P shortcut before this, you'll need to reset it in the shortcut settings to make it work.. November 20, 2017, 3:08pm 1 Recently started using ssl decryption on my nsa 5600. I periodically run into sites that chrome wont load that require HSTS. Is there a fix for this? So far the only thing that works is whitelisting those sites and making them exempt from inspection. dbeato (dbeato) November 20, 2017, 5:05pm 2 Yes I have. Im using the built in cert and I have it deployed to all the endpoints. I had a feeling this was the case. Thanks for the information. phildrew (phildrew) November 20, 2017, 8:41pm 5 Sorry. Deleted my previous reply to revise it.It likely doesn’t have to do with HSTS, but rather certificate pinning. HTTP Public Key Pinning - Wikipedia . Certificate pinning will cause a fail on any attempt to inspect the traffic. Most sites don’t use certificate pinning, Gmail is one that does, and probably your bank (if not they should). So, most sites that use HSTS will happily let you inspect what your users are up to. Sites that use certificate pinning must have exemption rules in your firewall.

Youtube videos wont load or play.

Edge (based chromium) browser or Firefox for that matter. Not in window nor Linux. In such case, it would be nice, and helpful for the developer to attach logs and pics cause it could be specific to your configurations. Can you post pics of GPU-Z and some logs? 10. RE: W10 VM + Chrome + Youtube video playback crashes the SVGA 3D driver Posted Aug 25, 2023 10:39 PM The issue happens with Chrome, not Edge. The logs are the same as posted in the post linked in the first message (Panic: NOT_IMPLEMENTED d:\build\ob\bora-19952028\bora-vmsoft\build\release-x64\svga\wddm\src\usermode_10\packdraw.c:247 and the SVGA WDDM user mode driver panics) 11. RE: W10 VM + Chrome + Youtube video playback crashes the SVGA 3D driver Posted Aug 26, 2023 12:45 AM Assuming you are using i7-8665u with intel 620 graphic. it could be the reason both CPU and GPU are old and very slow. Considering VMWare doesn't support hardware decoder yet, it will depends on the CPU and it will be huge load. So if you have weak CPU it might be the issue.I would suggest try using 8G ram and all 8 threads of your CPU with high performance profile to compensate the slow CPU/GPU and return.BTW. Edge, Chrome ..... Potato, PatatoYet, I installed Chrome and tested YouTube with no issues, Tested with Windows 11 DEV and VMWare tech 2023 and tools 12.3.0Edit: try also disabling av1 decoder for Chrome and return 12. RE: W10 VM + Chrome + Youtube video playback crashes the SVGA 3D driver Posted Aug 27, 2023 07:04 AM It is absolutely a VMware software bug. It happens both with Intel integrated graphics and an Nvidia discrete GPU even on beefy hardware. Like I've said, it only happens with Chrome on a Windows 10 guest. Edge apparently does something differently and doesn't crash, and I do not know about W11 as I haven't tested that.I tried upgrading to the 2023 tech preview, updated VMware Tools to 12.3.0 (the in-guest graphics driver version changed from 9.17.5.1 to 9.17.6.3 per dxdiag), updated the virtual hardware version and the bug is still there.Disabling the av1 decoder does not help. 13. RE: W10 VM + Chrome + Youtube video playback crashes the SVGA 3D driver Posted Aug 27, 2023 05:06 PM The only difference between Edge and Chrome, aside the fact that Google collects more data about you, is that Chrome enables av1 decoder by default, while in Edge you have to download the decode extension from the store app.I was bored so I installed both Windows 10 32 and 64 and tested YouTube in Chrome with no issues. It 100% not a bug as I couldn't reproduce it, and I promise if it was a big you will definitely see lots of people complaining. I am 100 % sure it is something with your configuration or a certain hardware. Update your bios and drivers my last hope for you. 14. Do more on the web, with a fast and secure browser! Download Opera browser with: built-in ad blocker battery saver free VPN Download Opera This topic has been deleted. Only users with topic management privileges can see it. last edited by I've been using Opera for quite a long time, since the 11 series, and I've had quite a couple of issues with Opera over the years, but the issue that came up from the auto-update from Opera 26 to 27 makes the browser damn near unusable. My current problem is as follows: While trying to browse using Opera 27, everything in the browser is slowed, as in slow to load, slow to respond to my clicks, slow to everything in general. Furthermore, anytime I attempt to watch a video on say Youtube or even look at an image, the browser either chugs or gets stuck in an endless cycle of loading where either one of two things happens, either the browser becomes unresponsive and needs to be restarted or the browser goes into a "Not Responding" phase with every action I take. All delays that occur, even typing here, are four seconds in delay (yes, I timed it.) To test, I used Firefox and Chrome, using the same websites and videos with zero issues. Flash and the like are all up to date. I hope this gets patched in 28 otherwise I wont be able to use Opera because this right here makes no sense. This is my version info:Version: 27.0.1689.69 - Opera is up to dateUpdate stream: StableSystem: Windows 8.1 64-bit (WoW64) lando242 last edited by Disable all of your extensions and see if that helps. If it does, re-enable them one at a time to see which one is causing the problem. If it doesn't help try completely removing Opera and reinstalling it. chewchewy1 last edited by I've checked and I have no extensions installed and I've attempted to install Opera 26, but it only bumped me up to Opera 27. I feel that a fresh re-install is a last hope, if all else fails. leocg Moderator Volunteer last edited by Try disabling hardware acceleration and plugins.
