Photo by Dan Janisse /Windsor StarTenants of a downtown Windsor highrise still displaced by a fire more than five years ago have settled a class-action lawsuit against the building’s owners for $7.3 million.But it could be another year before anyone gets to return to the prominently located Westcourt Place.Lawyer Harvey Strosberg, whose firm represented the tenants, said the representative plaintiffs — former Westcourt tenants — are “very happy” the case has been settled.
