The improvements in this update are not included in the Monthly Rollups released May 14, 2019, such as KB4499164 (Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1), KB4499171 (Windows Server 2012 and Windows Embedded 8 Standard), or KB4499151 (Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2).
