Christmas might just have come early for laptop makers, as a new leak suggests that Windows 12 could arrive as soon as June 2024.The news, which Tom’s Hardware originally reported on and KitGuru later added to, emerged in Taiwan’s The Commercial Times, will be good news for the PC and laptop market, which has seen a decline since the Covid-19 pandemic. When people started working from home, many bought new PCs or laptops, along with webcams and other accessories, but this boom was not to last. With so many people using new devices, it’s understandable that they wouldn’t be in any rush to go out and buy a new one.You may likeIf you're waiting for Windows 12 I have bad news: Microsoft is seemingly focused on cramming even more AI into Windows 11 insteadMicrosoft really wants you to update to Windows 11 in 2025This has resulted in a downturn in PC and laptop sales – but the launch of a new operating system could help reinvigorate those sales.According to the report, the June 2024 date for Windows 12 was mooted at the recent Taiwan Medical Technology Exhibition in Taipei, where Quanta Computer Chairman Barry Lam is reported to have said “next summer, when Microsoft launches a new generation of Windows operating systems, AI PCs will also be launched one after another.”While it’s not entirely clear from the report where the June 2024 date came from, and Microsoft has not officially revealed its Windows 12 plans, there will be many in the PC industry who hope this is Microsoft's plan. We've also heard other rumors about a 2024 launch date in the past.A new, powerful, operating system with innovative features could – if done right – encourage people to upgrade to new hardware. Whether or not Microsoft can do it right, however,. Summary Excessive use of AI in Windows 12 may make it resource-intensive, requiring powerful hardware to take full advantage of AI capabilities. The cloud-based processing of AI features in Windows 12 might increase dependence on internet connectivity, potentially impacting user experience. There is concern that Microsoft may use AI in Windows 12 to push more ads on users, risking privacy and requiring transparent options to disable them. As someone who was once a fan of Microsoft and cares deeply for the PC industry, I'm thrilled about what's coming next in Windows 12. However, the thrill is a blend of excitement for new features that Microsoft will introduce and the fear of Windows 12 being excessively AI-centric. The AI-fication of operating systems isn't a recent phenomenon, though. It all started way back in the 1970s. But the current wave of AI advancement and its potential impact on Windows makes me wonder whether Windows 12 will be like that delicious meal with one dominant flavor. And if that turns out to be the case, Windows 12 will fail, and here is why I think it will. Excessive use of AI in Windows 12 will make it resource-intensive We can all agree that PCs with powerful specs aren't everybody's need. They certainly aren't required for what I do. But even if that changes in the future, my fascination with how well an OS runs on low-end hardware will never end. There is no denying that Windows is not the best option for low-endدانلود ویندوز 12 - WINDOWS 12
Hardware, but it manages to give users a bit of everything even when the budget is low. Excessive use of AI in Windows 12 may snatch away that privilege. How resource-intensive Windows 12 will be will depend on how Microsoft processes AI. Locally processed AI systems will make the OS a lot more resource-intensive, requiring users to have PCs with comparatively powerful specifications to be able to take full advantage of all the AI capabilities. This could contribute to causing the already tarnished reputation of Windows not being able to run low-end hardware to get further marred. Do you remember when Apple made several Monterey features exclusive to M-series Macs, leaving tons of Intel Macs deprived of those capabilities? We might see a repeat of that with AI-fied Windows 12, and a lot of users, including me, would hate to see Microsoft denying the benefits of AI because of choosing not to buy best-quality PCs with powerful specs. People who've recently bought PCs with powerful specs might not be spared, either. My apprehension is that users who recently bought PCs with high-end specs might also be denied many of the Windows 12 AI features. AI can make Windows 12 PCs depend more on internet connectivity Even though there will be dedicated silicon in Intel's Meteor Lake and Snapdragon X Elite, it's doubtful that all the AI features in Windows 12 will be locally processed. Given the scalability and cost-efficiency of the cloud-based processing of AI, Microsoft might not completely getWindows 12 Wallpapers - 4k, HD Windows 12

It’s a solid operating system, but there hasn’t been a killer app or feature that has made Windows 10 users want to switch.Microsoft’s attempts to get people to upgrade to new laptops or PCs for Windows 11, due to its controversial insistence on TPM 2.0 compatibility, annoyed more people than it converted as well. So, if Windows 12 is to be the saviour of Microsoft and the wider industry, it’ll need to be a big upgrade from Windows 11, and one that makes full use of cutting-edge hardware. No pressure, then.(Image credit: Getty Images)AI to the rescue?Microsoft hasn’t been shy about its ambitions for artificial intelligence (AI), and while it’s been pushing AI feature in Windows 11 (and even Windows 10), it’s looking likely that Windows 12 will have even more AI integration – and it’s here that the upcoming operating system could differentiate itself from its predecessors.Acer CEO Jason Chen, who was also at the event, talked about how AI PCs will “continuously accelerate” the industry. These ‘AI’ PCs will likely come with Windows 12 preinstalled (as Lam suggested), and will rely on advanced hardware that’s been specially made for artificial intelligence.Microsoft’s AI additions to Windows 11, in the form of its Copilot assistant, have been warmly received by users, but they still feel a bit like a gimmick. Nothing, so far, fundamentally changes the way we use Windows 11 or our PCs, as Microsoft has promised. However, the thought of Windows 12 being built from the ground up to make use of AI, and debuting on laptops and PC with AI-supporting hardware, is incredibly exciting. If June 2024 does indeed usher in a new era of. If you have a flash drive you can use Microsoft Media Creation Tool to make a bootable flash drive to reinstall windows 10.Using the Reset this PC function may fail if there are other problems on your system, so make the flash drive and save yourself the hassle and extra work of having to redo it if Reset fails, this will also ensure you have the latest windows updates.
