My iPhone 12Max this When I clicked on any links in my emails, it brings them up in Edge every time. My default browser setting in Windows is Chrome. I can't find anywhere in the New Outlook Settings where I can set my default browser. Where, exactly, is I am using a Windows laptop with Microsoft Edge. I'm not sure why this is a new issue, but I can't seem to use the browser to sign in or launch meetings from Outlook. I use my school's SSO which directs me to sign in on the browser, but there seems to be the issue of the browser not being able to communicate with Zoom. It works the other way around, where signing in opens the browser, but not the browser to Zoom if that makes sense. I can't click on "Launch Meeting" buttons and I am forced to join via browser. I know the browser used to ask if it should always launch Zoom without needing to ask, but even after resetting my browser settings, it still doesn't communicate with the app. I can't sign in to the Zoom app and I can't join any meetings that require me to sign in.I don't have this issue on any of my other windows devices, so I'm quite puzzled with this issue.Comments

2025-04-19I'm unclear on what you're saying with "look at the performance of the session (Not in a call)". If we go to our "picture" while not in a call, where are you saying to look? In My Account? If I log into zoom dot com, clicking on my picture at the top right doesn't show "Settings" or anything about the performance of the session. If I then click my name, then Profile, clicking my picture there only lets me modify the picture. If click in my picture while in a meeting, there's nothing about Settings (not even in the 3-dot menu).I found this help page here that seems to describe what you are describing - - but it refers to the Zoom desktop client... whatever that is. I'm having the "Unstable network connection" pop-ups frequently during Zoom meetings (where people connect with mic and camera) on the browser version (app dot zoom dot us), but I'm unable to find any connection issue with anything else. Speed tests show fast up/down Mbps as normal. None of my other devices, even Zoom on mobile, are having connection issues. The problem appears to be with the Zoom website browser client, which rarely gave me problems in previous years. The help page refers to downloading the desktop client here: that offers "Zoom Workplace for Windows" (it seems overboard just to have video meetings and check connection statistics for them), "Zoom Workplace for mobile" (not what I want because I need to do desktop meetings on a big screen with a mouse/keyboard and my dual monitors for work), "Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook" (I don't use Outlook), "Zoom Extension for Browsers" (uh, I've had too many stability/security issues with browser extensions, and I can't tell if that'll show me connection statistics anyway), "Zoom Rooms for Conference Rooms and
2025-03-25- don't know why because it use the IE engine. I f you are looking for a nice, fast, stable browser that seems to work with everything - give it a try. User: I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS BROWSER!!!!!!! I haven't had to deal with one popup from the time I downloaded Avant. Not one popup ad!!! You have nothing to adjust, Avant does it all. I like looking at the status bar to see how many have been blocked - so far 17 in 3hours (my internet radio station sends me tons of popups). This is the best browser ever!!! The one that came with my computer was making my computer unstable. It was freezing and crashing my computer all the time. Since I've gotten Avant, I haven't had 1 problem. Even my Office2000 is working properly. Using Word and getting a popup would freeze Word and I would have to reboot the computer. It's also very easy to install. There's a section in Tools that lets you erase things you know longer want: addresses you typed, passwords, cookies and much more. You won't be sorry for getting this FREE Browser. great: Wow, this is sooooooo much better than IE and more stable than Opera on my system (the best thing about Opera to me was that I could go right back where I was when it performed "an illegal operation"). Avant, being a shell over IE, doesn't seem to have the problems that non-IE browsers have and it doesn't nag me with an alert when set to reject 3rd-party cookies like Netscape does. This is the best! martin: I can only recommend this browser plug-in (!), i.e. this is NOT a full browser but it is a plug-in for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). If you are using IE but you are using IE but you are also fed up with all these unwanted pop-up windows and other security issues then check out this browser. I tested Mozilla 1.4 (still problems with importing my bookmarks and other settings) and Opera 7.1 (still problems with correctly displaying certain web pages, others even won't work, very annoying), and I think that this Avant Browser is really what I wanted. Since it is only a plug-in and not a full browser, all your IE settings and bookmarks are automatically overtaken. Highly recommendable !!!!
