How To Get V Cut Abs: V-Cut Abs Workout - YouTube

When it comes to looking awesome with your top off, there are few things more important than getting that awesome ‘v-cut abs’ look. This essentially means that you don’t just have abs that look great all the way to the bottom row, but you also have low body fat and some awesome looking obliques to cap it off. This results in the impression that the abs taper to a v as they come in around the waist and when you get that right, it’s much more impressive than just having a washboard stomach. And as it happens, this is also a good indicator of athletic speed and power. So how do you get here? Most people have no clue! So…Here are some Tips from Jeff Cavaliere that will really help you get V-Cut Shape. The Hip AdductorsHere’s the surprise that you probably weren’t expecting: the key to getting the most strength in the lower abs is to integrate your hip adductors into the movement as well. These are the muscles on the inside of the thigh and whose job it is to allow you to squeeze your legs together. The reason these are so important is that they attach to the public symphysis from below, while the rectus abdominis (the abs along the front that form the six pack) feed into the same area from above. Now, if two muscle areas are directly located next to each other, it’s actually almost impossible for you to contract one without the other. You can try this yourself – Try quickly and suddenly moving one finger without the other. Or try tensing your forearm without moving your bicep.Maybe you can do it, but you’ll find it takes a fair amount of effort. The same thing happens when you involve your hip adductors – it causes contraction in the abs and vice versa. At the same time, tensing the adductors stabilizes the pelvis and this allows the abs to contract more strongly from above. This can be thought of like firing a canon from a canoe – the adductors form the anchor that prevent the canoe (your abs) from going flying.Related Post: Workout for V-Cut Abs Workout ( Best 9 at home ).v shred 5 minute v-cut abs workout at home, home workout for v cut abs,v cut abs workout,v-cut abs workout,v cut abs wor V Cut abs Workout - abs workout,The best side abs exercises ;v cut abs workout,v cut abs,six-pack abs, abs,ab workout, abs workout at home, lower abs workout V-Cut Abs From HomeHow to Use This in Practice?I know what you’re thinking: this is all fascinating but how can it be used in a practical way?The answer is simple: take your average lower ab movement like a v-sit ups or leg raises and then just squeeze a football or something else between your knees at the same time.Better yet, make that a medicine ball and you’ll also be adding more resistance into the move at the same time.Of course this also works excellently with hanging leg raises and other moves involving a pull up bar. If you want v-cut abs you have to make sure you work on developing those oblique muscles.Unfortunately the obliques are often overlooked and most people don’t work them the right way to get that v cut.So in today’s video we’re gonna go over the top 3 exercises to get ripped obliques fast and at the end of the video I’ll also include a sample oblique workout. These are the same exercises that helped me develop some great lower ab definition, and I’m sure they’ll do the same for you.One key thing to keep in mind with these three exercises is that its easy to do them wrong.Whenever you’re doing ab and oblique exercises you want to make sure your core is tight and that the majority of the movement is taking place around your trunk area. All the time i see people messing this up. They’ll think they worked their abs or their obliques, when in reality they spent thirty minutes working their hip flexors and their neck. You’re gonna experience the best results for all your ab exercises when you concentrate on your trunk area and the bending around that area.Join 30,000+ people that have changed their bodies and lives with my Free 6 Week ShredOkay so the first exercise that I want you guys to do is one of my favorite exercises by far. The oblique crunch on the hyper extension machine. Most gyms will have either a hyperextension machine or a ghr otherwise known as a glute ham raise. You want to get into that machine on your side with one foot in front of the other but both feet still under the pads. Then grab a weight and put it in the hand that’s closer to the floor. Your opposite hand is gonna go behind your head like you’re doing a crunch. Then you want to lower down sideways as far as you can to get a really good stretch in your obliques.I can’t stress the importance of getting that good stretch enough…. in fact the negative portion of this movement and that stretch is more important then the portion where you’re coming back up so make sure you really try to stretch out those obliques on the way down. Then come back up and crunch in with your elbow pulling tight towards your hip. When doing this exercise I recommend that you use a weight that’s
