I sent an email to support but did not receive any reply. I tried calling their number but is it not working. I only wanted to know how I can download files to students' computer and can I send the files like 10 mins before their test and would they be notified if I sent it earlier? I wanted to send the exam at least 10 mins before the test so I can send the test to all 15 of them and they can open it all at the same time. She told me to go to Run and type in Ultra Viewer on my computer, then to install it on my computer. Then she told me to give her the User ID and the Password for Ultra Viewer. I gave it to her and she accesses my computer remotely and scans my computer and told me there were some fraudulent activities and a virus called Trojan on my computer. After that she told me to check my email and my bank account to see if my money was still there. I told her the name of my bank and my zip code. She told me to log out of my account and give her the phone number on the back of my bank card. She then calls the phone number to my bank and connected me to Mr. David Starks from the Fraud Department. He asked for my Debit Card numbers, and I gave it to him with my zip code. Mr. David Starks told me there was a transaction for $8,000 transaction pending on my account. I told him that I never authorized such transaction on my account. Basically, they used my information to stole money from Department of Labor and put it into my account. Now they want me to get 16 Prepaid Debit Cards naming Sephora or Target so I can put $500.00 on each
