Do like Bernhard said. From my own testing you should not need 2 fans push-pull on that 212+. The push thru is sufficient. There was no difference in temperature between 1 fan or 2 fans in my rig. Keep the 2nd fan for a spare. 4.2-4.3 is just fine for everyday use and there is no need to increase voltage. #5 Henry mentioned a very important fact. You use either OC Genie or manual tweaks. Never both. Most Sandy Bridge board/CPU combos will allow a CPU OC range of X42 to X45 with all else left on Auto. You need to test how far yours will go. Increase them 1 step at a time and
