About this mod A simple mod that fixes some of the more misshapen armor pieces in the game, making them look a bit more sensible. Permissions and credits Changelogs Oblivion, out of all TES games, had one of the most realistic armor designs in my opinion, with Morrowind following very close. However, despite its grounded nature, there are some issues that my nitpicky eye saw and couldn't ignore.The flat and overly long iron cuirass. The lack of faulds on steel armor. The overly opened ebony helmet. The utterly ridiculous chainmail helmet. Seriously, can't stress it enough how much that helmet bothered me.This mod aims to fix most of those issues without outright replacing vanilla meshes with completely new and flashy models. That, however, means that it should work well enough with texture replacers.NOTICE: Unofficial Oblivion Patch has its own armor meshes. In order for AVA to work properly, it must override UOP meshes. Description===========This is the SSE conversion of the Crimson Twilight armor by jmenaru, ported by ousnius.The original for Skyrim is found here: armor's design draws inspiration from a lot of artwork, with my own ideas sprinkled on top.It comes with HD textures, obviously, it is craftable at any forge, can be improved and can be enchanted. You can find it under the Ebony category. Stats are slightly weaker than the vanilla ebony armor, but it is worth a bit more gold. You NEED the "ebony smithing" perk for it to appear in your forge menu and to craft it.As always (well most of the time), I have also provided a black texture option. Personally, I don't think it works that well for this particular armor, but it's there for people who may want to try it. Other options are also available.The CBBE SSE version requires the CBBE SSE body replacer: make use of the CBBE SSE sliders, you need BodySlide: Extract the archive.2. Craftable at a smithing forge. Ebony Daggers are powerful, however, they're not quite as strong as Daedric and Dragonbone Daggers. Regardless, an Ebony Dagger with an enchantment is still a high-tier weapon, so the existence of better daggers shouldn't discourage you from using Ebony equipment. Ebony Daggers also feature a unique appearance, so it's worth using them even if you only like their design. Ebony Daggers deal ten damage, which is more than Glass Daggers.
