Are you looking for an easy way to remotely connect to your PC or Mac using an iPad?There are several applications and services that enable you to do this, however if you’re looking to simply use remote desktop while away with your iPad, LogMeIn is probably the best choice out there.Accounts are free and you can access your computers with their iOS App LogMeIn Ignition which works on the iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhones. In this guide I will show you how to use remote desktop on your iPad to remotely connect to your PC or Mac.Software/Hardware used: iPad 2 running Ignition and a Mac which I used for Remote Desktop.Sign-up for LogMeIn & Download for Your ComputerBefore you begin, you will need to create a free LogMeIn account.Once you’ve signed up for the service you will need to add the computer you wish to remotely access to LogMeIn. You can do this by installing the LogMeIn client and adding the computer to your account.1. When you log-in to your LogMeIn account click the Add Computer button.Note: Make sure you follow these instructions on the computer you wish to remotely connect to.2. Slect LogMeIn Free from the list and click Continue.Note: The 14-day trial is for advanced features not the remote connection feature which is totally free.3. Download the LogMeIn Client installer and run the installer.Follow the instructions in the installer until you have completed the installation. Once the installation is complete your computer will be accessible via LogMeIn.Connect to the Computer Remotely with Your iPadHead over to your iPad and download and install LogMeIn Ignition from the App Store. Trust me, this is the best thirty bucks you will spend.Once downloaded and installed, launch the App on your iPad.1. Enter your Log Me In credentials and tap the Log Me In button.Note: Unless your iPad is password protected I would encourage you not to enable Remember login.2. Tap the Remote icon for the computer you wish to control remotely.3. Enter the User Name and Password for the computer you are trying to connect to.Note: This is not the same as your Log Me In credentials, this is specific to the computer you are trying to connect to.As in Step 1, I recommend that you turn OFF Remember login unless your iPad is password protected. You should now have full control to the computer you are connected via Log Me In.If you

I want to be able to monitor the performance of some remote machines from my local machine. Here is my setup so far:local machine: Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit;remote machines: Windows 8.1 Professional 64-bit;all machines in the default WORKGROUP workgroup - no HomeGroup, no domain;all machines in the same private network ("private" as in Windows 8.1's concept of "public"/"private" network)for convenience, same username and password on all remote and local machines - let's call the user "bob";"bob" belongs to these groups on all remote and local machines:AdministratorsEvent Log ReadersPerformance Log UsersPerformance Monitor UsersThese services are enabled and running on all remote and local machines:Performance Counter DLL HostPerformance Logs & AlertsRemote Procedure Call (RPC)Remote RegistryAllowed apps and features in Windows Firewall on the remote and local machines:Performance Logs and AlertsSo far, The only thing that I can do from my local machine is to connect to a remote computer and start a Data Collector Set:But then I cannot stop it:And if I disconnect and reconnect, all data collector sets completely disappear:Also, at no point can I get a report of the remote data collector set.So I figure that maybe instead of using a remote data collector set, maybe I should use a local data collector set, but with remote performance counters, so I try to browse to the remote computer to add performance counters:But then it asks me for username and password:After I supply the username and password and click "OK", I have to wait a whole minute, and then it comes back with this useless message:It's really frustrating. Windows clearly could find the remote computer when I started the remote data collector set. So why can't it find the same remote computer when I want to access its performance counters? The message tells me nothing about what's missing. I also couldn't find any useful information on MSDN/TechNet.Logmein123remotesupport : Log me in 123 remote support
Visited the longest. Remote Spy Plus supports the latest versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Mozilla, Firefox, Flock, Google Chrome, and America Online. Applications Ran Monitor and log all applications ran by users - Remote Spy Plus logs when the application was started, stopped, and how long it was actually used. File Usage Log all files and folders created and deleted by the remote user - including those on portable/removable drives. Documents Viewed Log all files and documents viewed by the remote user. Internet Connections Log all internet connections made and attempted by the user. Logs include the remote host/port and local host/port. Events Timeline Logging Log all events users performed and view them in an organized chronically ordered listing. The Events Timeline lets you view what the events the user performed, in the order they did them. Events logged include Program Starts/Stops, Website Visits, Document Viewings and Printings, and more. Windows Opened Log all windows opened and used by the user. Security Features Complete Stealth: Remote Spy Plus is undetectable to all users once installed. Using minimal PC processing cycles, Remote Spy Plus is not visible in any way to the user, and records and stores all logs without any user notification. Remote Spy Plus cloaks itself to hide from the remote user, so the original file you deploy can be deleted - yet the PC still stays monitored! Remotely Deployable: Remote Spy Plus can be remotely deployed easily with just a few clicks and minimal user configuration. Email Deployment: simply send your configured Remote Spy Plus module to the remote PC. The user only has to run the attached file - they do not have to respond or send you any response to start monitoring - they only have to 'OK' the notice that states monitoring software is being installed on your computer. LAN/Network Deployment: Easily deploy Remote Spy Plus over a network via network shares or logon scripts. Users will only have to 'OK' the installation with a single click. Secure Password Protection: All your logs are password protected via secure web encryption. Only YOU can access your secure log webspace to view logs! Remote Spy Plus does not put your monitored data at risk - as other remote monitoring tools do - by allowing direct connections to the remote PC for data retrieval: all data is securely stored on our servers for viewing. (for remote working, remote support etc.. )Looking forward to hearing from you,Sincerely, the WORST!! TECH (IF YOU WANT TO CALL HIM THAT DID NOTHING BUT SHOW ME A BOGUS SCREEN, SAYING THAT ALL MY PROGRAMS HAD STOPPED. HE WAS INNCORRECT)! JUST WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR BAD INFO.The WORST EVER!! Tech tried to tell me to look at screen and see all errors. Must have a way to put this BOGUS info up to scare me! VERY,VERY DISSAPOINTED with your company, and will contact all scam sites to let them know as well! SHAME ON YOUDate of experience: 04 February 2022I think you have confused us with some online scammer. Some scammers out there are abusing UltraViewer Free and we're working to stop them. They just call you and tell you that they're technical supporter from any company and tell you to download UltraViewer. Please double check who contacted you, the phone number and full name of the person who contacted you, and how they contacted you. Please give us more information and double check again, if it's not us, please remove this review.PLEASE add a scam call warning to your page headingsA scammer just called me claiming to be from Amazon Prime. I was told that $99 annual subscription fee was about to be deducted from my account and press 1 if I would like to cancel. They asked me to go to your page. I knew it was a scam, but wanted to see what info they had on me. Full name, phone number and address. PLEASE can you place a warning on your home page as the first thing people see when they click on your page. It then makes the scam ineffective.Date of experience: 25 January 2022Dear Sarah,We understand that some scammers are using our software and we're fighting against them, not only us but other remote desktop software also being the victim of scammer abuse too.Adding content headers to the website won't stop the scammers, the scammers can easily make another website with their own content or use other remote control software (there are many remote desktop software on the market that you can easily find, all without warning on their website header). In addition, they can also convince users to ignore the scam message by many ways, because users already believe they are from big companies. The scam message also affects normal/well-intentioned users, who make up the majority of UltraViewer users so we're getting hard when adding it. We have taken the necessary steps to make sure that the remote IDs can no longer be used for illegal purposes and we are constantly working on new methods of finding and blocking such users. Please report the IDs of the scammer to [email protected] so we can collect and block these IDs from using our software. You can get the ID of the scammer in UltraViewer's Log file. Please go to menu File > View logs to see the log file.We can assure you, we are not associatedlogme in123 Remote Support - Log Me In 123
Mystic light won't open and redirects me to Live Update page Thread starter adriantan1215a702e2 Start date Sep 21, 2024 #1 I haven't encountered any problems with MSI Center until now particularly with the Mystic Light. I was about to turn my PC RGB lights but when I clicked on the Mystic Light app inside the MSI Center, it redirects me to the Live Update page. I tried to reinstall the Mystic Light app but the issue still persists. I also updated my bios, my windows 11, tried to restart PC several times and even reinstalled MSI Center itself. I also tried downloading SignalRGB and OpenRGB but they don't work very well. the software version is up to date and the Mystic Light app as well. My motherboard is MSI Pro Z790-A MAX WIFI. This is so frustrating. #2 a month and a new update later, it still won't work... #4 I would recommend you to remove every RGB control software first including MSI Center. For MSI Center, use this tool, reinstall MSI Center latest version, should be 2.0.43.0 and try again. If it is not working, do generate log file and post here. a zip file generated on the desktop once your run the log collector. Can you also make sure you're not using any remote desktop program , VPN and it is the main account of your PC? hi, i encountered the same problem, can you check the logs? | FTP LogOk. I apologize, I don't know what about your posts, I'm not reading. Also, I don't know that I've stated clearly before, I CAN download from the "remote site". And until today I have never successfullly saved to remote server. I have once. And I am uploading that FTP log. I will also work with it today and see if A)this problem has resolved itself with CS4 or B)I can recreate the issue. Again I apologize if I was not reading your posts completely. I'm sure you understand how stressful this can be. (For both of us I'm sure). Thanks again Jason1178.Forgot to attach log. Hopefully you'll see if anything is jacked up with i.t FTPLog.txtThanks for posting the log. After reading it, I think I know which ISP you are using (DH?) and if I'm right about that, I would consider opening a support ticket with them to see if they can help you diagnose the problem. It may be something as simple as having them kill and restart the FTP process.well. It appears to be working with one site. (All I've tested so far) I'll do some additional testing, and let you know. Thanks.Well. It worked all day yesterday. So, I got cocky, did some edits, and it didn't work today. Lost my edits. (go figure) I don't think having them restart the FTP service will help. I can FTP to the server, Just not through DreamWeaver.... Like I've said before. Any other suggestions? Also, I added 2 gigs of RAM to my machine in case that would be the issue. It did not help. Are you trying to use FTP or SFTP?Also, unless the FTP log saves on program Failure, there is no way for me to attach a failed FTP log. I got an option to "View Details" Maybe I've had that option every time, but just was too frustrated, or maybe it's new. (Odds are good it's been there all along)attached is the txt file that apparently has been being saved this whole time... color me an idiot. :) "CS4.txtOkay. Two last things to try:1) Delete the site definition and rebuild it. Make sure you are using Passive FTP and that FTP Performance Optimization (under advanced) is not checked. I doubt this will work, but we haven't tried it yet2) I think you need to do a complete uninstall and then also run the cs3clean.
