I goto and click to enable the plug-in for the page and it works fine. The settings at opera://settings/content/flash are at their defaults and gets added to the allow list just fine. "C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer64_32_0_0_363.dll" is present like it's supposed to be. erik_s last edited by Thanks for clearing up some info. Have tested flash on an identical PC [#2] (same OS, same flash (NPAPI), same Opera x64). NPAPI installed on 1903 and followed the update. Flash works ok.Though I see that OS 1909 has more restrict regime viewing flash than 1903.When selecting PPAPI I only got x32 version. A Former User last edited by I'm getting the same issue with Flash 23 on Opera 36, and on Google Chrome and Slimjet.According to my research this is a known and widespread problem, basically Flash 23 does not work with Chromium-based browsers.I've gone back to Flash 22, and all is well again.I assume Adobe will fix this, although I gather that Google Chrome at least are completely dropping Flash support soon anyway.That'll be great for all the millions of websites that still use it! We would fix it soon, till then you can download FP version 22.0.0.209 from Archived Adobe Flash Player versions​ page. Download the package fp_22.0.0.209_archive.zip and use the installer file named flashplaye22_0r0_209_winpep.exe. While installing select "Notify me to install updates option" so that Flash Player does not update silently and you dont face the issue untill its fixed.Thanks! If the videos don't play, it's a hardware and or OS issue.You can go to opera://gpu and opera://media-internals and ctrl + shift + i and look at the console for errors. Due to licensing issues, Opera depends on the OS to play some codecs/formats and XP doesn't support most of them as far as I know.
