Sebagaimana diriwayatkan oleh ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar bahwa Rasulullah ketika bertasbih beliau menghitungnya dengan jari-jari tangan kanannya (HR. Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidzi, al-Hakim dan al-Baihaqi dalam Sunan-nya).Namun demikian, hal ini bukan berarti menghitung dzikir dengan sesuatu yang lain tidak boleh, walaupun memang yang lebih afdlal menghitung dengan jari-jari tangan. Dengan dalil bahwa suatu ketika Rasulullah mendapati salah seorang istrinya yang bernama Shafiyyah meletakkan empat ribu biji kurma dihadapannya yang ia gunakan untuk menghitung tasbihnya (HR. at-Tirmidzi, al-Hakim, ath-Thabarani dan lainnya). Dalam hadits ini Rasulullah tidak melarang, serta tidak mengingkari perbuatan Shafiyyah tersebut. Rasulullah hanya menunjukkan kepada Shafiyyah terhadap yang lebih mudah dan lebih afdlal, seperti yang telah kita kemukakan di atas dengan dalil-dalilnya.Demikian juga ada beberapa sahabat lain yang menghitung bacaan dzikirnya dengan biji kurma, kerikil atau benang yang disimpulkan. Di antaranya sahabat Abu Shafiyyah; salah seorang bekas budak Rasulullah, sebagaimana diriwayatkan oleh al-Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal dalam kitab az-Zuhd, dan kitab al-Jami’ fi al-‘Ilal wa Ma’rifat ar-Rijal. Juga seperti yang diriwayatkan oleh al-Imam al-Baghawi dalam kitab Mu’jam ash-Shahabah. Termasuk di antaranya sahabat Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqash, sebagaimana diriwayatkan oleh Ibn Abi Syaibah dalam kitab al-Mushannaf, dan Ibn Sa’d dalam kitab ath-Thabaqaat. Juga di antaranya sahabat Abu Hurairah, sebagaimana diriwayatkan oleh ‘Abdullah ibn Ahmad dalam kitab Zawaa-id az-Zuhd, al-Hafizh Abu Nu’aim dalam kitab Hilyah al-Auliya’, serta diriwayatkan adz-Dzahabi dalam kitab Tadzkirah al-Huffazh dan kitab Siyar A’lam an-Nubala’. Kemudian pula di antaranya sahabat Abu ad-Darda’, sebagaimana diriwayatkan oleh al-Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal dalam kitab az-Zuhd, dan lainnya.Dari sini para ulama menyimpulkan bahwa hukum menghitung dzikir dengan tasbih atau semacamnya adalah boleh, tidak haram, walaupun yang lebih baik (afdlal) menghitungnya dengan jari tangan kanan. Hukum yang serupa dengan ini adalah tentang shalat Rawatib al-Faraidl (Qabliyyah dan Ba’diyyah). Bahwa yang lebih afdlal shalat sunnah Rawatib tersebut dilaksanakan di rumah, namun bukan berarti haram jika shalat sunnah tersebut dilakukan di masjid.Bahkan al-Faqih al-‘Allamah Ibn Hajar al-Haitami dalam kitab al-Fatawa al-Kubra al-Fiqhiyyah, menuliskan bahwa sebagian ulama telah merinci tentang keutamaan berdzikir antara dengan jari-jari atau dengan untaian tasbih. Beliau menuliskan sebagai berikut:إِنْ أَمِنَ الْمُسَبِّحُ الْغَلَطَ كَانَ عَقْدُهُ بِالأَنَامِلِ أَفْضَلَ، وَإِلاَّ فَالسُّبْحَةُ أَفْضَلُ.“Jika orang yang berdzikir tidak khawatir salah hitung maka menghitung dzikir dengan jari-jari tangan hukumnya lebih afdlal. 2025-04-19UGI genericKurt BressweinBy Daniel Urie | [email protected] for UGI customers could see an increase.The UGI Utilities Inc. - Gas Division filed a request on Monday with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to increase its base rates for residential, commercial, and industrial customers by $110.4 million annually.The company said that the requested increase would recover its ongoing costs related to system improvements and operations necessary to maintain safe and reliable natural gas service.If the company’s entire request is approved, here’s how much more customers can expect to pay: The total bill for a residential heating customer using 73.7 ccf per month would increase from $104.47 to $115.74 per month or by 10.8%.The total bill for a typical commercial heating customer using 28.3 mcf per month would increase from $305.44 to $331.80 per month or by 8.6%.The total bill for a typical industrial customer using 75.4 mcf per month would increase from $765.99 to $823.42 per month or by 7.5%.The UGI rate increase request will only impact the delivery charge portion of a customer’s bill. The delivery charge provides a utility with the funds needed to own, operate, and maintain the gas distribution system and provide customer service and emergency response services, UGI said.UGI is requesting that the new gas rates take effect on March 28. However, the PUC typically suspends the effective date for general base rate proceedings to allow for investigation and public hearings.
