Of iSmartDV . I don’t know, it’s just iSmartDV can be a little sketchy but with a few updates it can be much better. iSmartDV seems very old, like it was made when the first iPhone came out which can give iSmartDV a bad first look. Love the camera, but please work on iSmartDV! Thanks! I downloaded iSmartDV because a friend recommended it as a way to get photos and videos from my knock-off GoPro onto my phone, and it worked really well for pictures. However, although I was able to view the videos, I couldn't save them to my phone. Even worse, I tried deleting iSmartDV , and this thing just WONT. GO. AWAY. Every time my phone dies and I power it back on, iSmartDV is somehow back on my phone. Pleeeease make it go away!! I have low storage 😭 Works great initially. I am able to connect to the camera just fine. When I’m able to download videos it is a bit slow. After a few attempts of trying to search through different videos iSmartDV then freezes and I can no longer select anything else. Project to someone not in my time zone, or even recording a screen conversation between me and someone. Now with the transcription feature, documentation creation from training videos is so fast and easy!! Is a top 3 productivity tool for me that I now can’t work without. Wastes 4 hours of my life filming videos I can’t view Signed up for an account. Pretty familiar with how to use from previous job. Made my first video from desktop app saw the preview on the website after it uploaded. Went on to do 4 more videos over the course of a few hours to train the new hires at my small business. The more videos I did, the slower and glitchier it seemed to get. I didn’t think anything of it until I went to my library after I was done to upload to my team workspace. Received an error message. Followed all the steps about uninstalling, reinstalling. The desktop app allows me to create more videos but no matter where I try to sign into to view them, it won’t let me view. Tried to download the app, and I can’t get past the log in page. It seems as though it’s going to sign me in and then it doesn’t. Takes me back to the first app welcome screen to log in or sign up again. The app and website are totally useless. But yet the chrome extension and desktop app let me waste my time just fine Wasn’t perfect before, but now I can’t even log in. We have been using the paid version of Loom for over a year now. My main grief up to this point has only been that if you record within the app and don’t have good cell service, you will lose your video. It doesn’t buffer or back up at all it’ll just simply not upload and no option to try again. So to get around that I record on my iPhone in the lowest quality and then I upload it to Loom in order to share it. It’s an extra step and more time-consuming, but at least it gets the job done.Today, though I was logged out for no reason, and I always use Google to sign in. So I hit the sign in with Google option and nothing happens. Then once using it from a different device, it told me to login using SSO. But when I do that, it tells me to use a different email. Very frustrating. A five minute task spanned over five hours just for a stupid video. So all I can say is even if you pay for the app you don’t get your money’s

I can't seem to get the HandBrake program to work. I've heard that there's a program called VoltaicHD that might help, but it doesn't run on 10.4.11. It would appear from the HandBrake site that the "newest" version of Handbrake that will support a PPC chip is 0.9.4. All the newer versions don't appear to offer a PPC version (a G5 processor is a PPC processor), but only versions that will support Intel chips. It opens and "works", but can't seem to recognize my videos. Anyway, I got the problem solved by taking the videos and transferring them to my newer macbook and converting them to 480p with QuickTime player. Thanks!
