Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. "Your previous iTunes intallation must be removed before continuing." WHY? I don't want to update. Hi. I use iTunes 12.4.3 and don't want to update to a new version of iTunes. I did want to install another version onto a different drive, so I could update my ipod. However, the microsoft store decided to isntall it automatically dwithout asking where. So I decided, forget all this, I completely uninstalled iTunes, and reinstalled 12.4.3. But now, I can't start iTunes without it giving me a message that I need to remove my current iTunes. I don't want to remove my Itunes. If needs be you can temporarily install a current version of iTunes to perform some task, then remove it, reinstall your old version.
