Second Grenadier, if applicable, benefits well from Aim+Holo spec, with rupture and chain.Sharpshooter:Would cut this class entirely on legendary. Not sure how face off stands up to a Grenadier's acid bomb, or how fan fire stands up to a second rangers rapid fire, TBH. Easiest class to cut on legendary. Competitive on untimed missions, though, with meticulous and slow concealment ranger progress.Specialist:Snowballs to become a useful class. 50 mission campaign is a campaign with a lot of +20 to hacking opportunities. Capacitor is great guaranteed AoE damage. But the biggest reason to use specialists is disabling objectives from range. Timed missions become: "Scoot along outskirts towards objective, kill one pod, scout objective with ranger, Grenadier blows open wall hiding objective, specialist deactivates, take your time perfecting rest of mission."Prozac is a dick.But he's a great player. He's like the Kanye West of GameFAQs, if Kanye had talent.Triod 9 years ago#7Going to have to disagree with TC here. Sharpshooters are still amazing on legendary as snipers. Dual killzone can still cripple an entire pod before it has a chance to do anything, serial pretty much ensures that every enemy on the map with 10 or less health is dead and allows you to pick useful skills over crap skills like hail of bullets. With death from above you can get a free shot/move/reload after a kill which is great for positioning and solves your ammo issues, and deadeye with AP ammo allows you to one shot shieldbearers before they run for cover.Since colonels take such a long time to get on legendary chainshot is also pretty useful since the odds are you won't have rapid fire for a loooong time. It's great for shredding all 6 armor off sectopods and doing tons of damage to heavy mecs or following up salvo grenades.#8(message deleted)NHZ 9 years ago#9Bladestorm and Melee in general is awful on legendary. You can't afford to spook extra pods or take hits from exposed melee positions, period. How am i spooking anyone wtf are you talking about?i'm not saying to USE melee i'm saying the extra MOVE only is situational... b/c you should be killing from a safe spot so why move again?Bladestorm.... for an unmodded xcom2... works very well b/c the cpu even on legendary plays stupid and aggressive. BladeStorm cuts them down, or wounds them, or finish's them off. When they get too close which often happen in my games.You guys are choosing a false move over a counter attack. One you rarely get any good use of... and the other Will always proc should you need it(lol may miss though)...I'm not saying Run in and use your sword... like WTF is wrong with you. lol Bad advice@NHZ you see, this is why I just tagged you as awful instead of ignoring you.
