Overall nice facility!! The building was clean, show superb, refreshments reasonable, and they had great ushers to guide to seat. Had a great time at Grand Ballroom Concert. Saw Ted Vigil in the grand ball room on December 20th 24 he was fine but the lighting sucks. The light crew kept turning on and off the lights. The brightness of the lights was bothering people, people got up and left. My wife and I got a pretzel from concession and it was hard as a rock. There are stingy on their food. I feel sorry for the person that was singing. I would like a refund on my wife and my show but not likely we will get that.
