A couple of days ago, a window poped up on my scrren indicating that my serial number had been hacked and that I had 5 days to by a new version of Acobat ! I contacted support, proved purchase of the licence and they just told me that my Acrobat version was too old for support. What kind of service is this ? I paid a high price for Acrobat XI Pro, it is my primary work tool, and I am now unable to work unless I subscribe to a new version of Acrobat !! Help ! I found on my Sony Vaio win 7 64 bit laptop computer (3 days old)under C:\program files (x86)\Adode\Acrobat 9.0\Setup Files\(AC76BA86-1033-0000-BA7E-00000000004)\This subdirectory includes the following files: Abcpy.ini; AcroStan.msi; Data1.cab; Enterprise.mnt; Setup.exe; setup.ini; WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-i86.exe. Setup.exe offers to install acrobat 7 standard onto the same computer.After coping the complete \Acrobat 9\ subdirectory to my win 7 64 bit desktop computer desktop, when Setup.exe is double clicked in Run as Administrator mode, UAC asks for permission to run, yes is selected after which no further action occurs. (the hard drive run for possibly 1 second).When WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-i86.exe is double clicked the following message is displayed: not enough storage is available to proceed.I also tried runing acrobatupd941_all_incr.msp, with the message "the program to be updated is missing. Any ideas about how I can download Acrobat 9 standard to my desktop so that I can use my Adobe acobat 7 standard serial number to use the program, will be greatly appreciated.
