I am having an issue where Adobe reader is taking up 99% on the CPU on multiple XenApp servers. Users will close adobe but Acrord32.exe will remain open and the server will become unusable. I have tried the the below solution with no luck. I have tried calling Adobe and was directed to chat because they didn't support Reader on the phone and was then told that they only support Reader on the forums. Puedes determinar exactamente lo que está haciendo Acrobat cuando se genera un hilo utilizando Process Monitor de Sysinternals. Cuando veas que el uso de CPU aumenta, verifica la hora y ve a tu ventana de Process Explorer. Asegúrate de que AcroRd32.exe sea el filtro para que no veas toda la demás actividad del sistema. Busca el último "ThreadCreate" en el campo de Operación y podrás ver exactamente qué sucedió después de la creación de los hilos (qué archivos se abrieron, qué valores de registro se escribieron, etc...)
