Are you seeing a unsent activities tab under your menu barSometimes, you can experience sync issues even when working online due to poor internet connection. Especially if taking photos with a poor internet connection, it can happen that the photos can't sync right away due to a large amount of data or data size our servers are trying to pull up. Because of this reason, the pictures you take may appear as broken in the back office feed. They will remain that way until your app synchronizes properly with Repsly servers.The most important thing is never to delete the Repsly app if you are experiencing synchronization issues, for if you do, the data that has not yet reached our servers will be deleted and unretrievable. Here is how you can resolve the issue:1. Log into your Repsly app and open the Place.Make sure you have a strong internet connection and perform a pull-down-to-refresh.Place one finger on the middle part of the screen, then without lifting your finger, drag the screen downward and release it when you reach the bottom of your screen with your finger.This will signal the application to refresh the screen's contents and synchronize to the back office.2. If you would like to know which activities are not properly synced, please open the Menu tab and click on Unsent Activities3. On the next screen you will see the list of the activities that did not sync.4. Click on ! icon to see what is the error messageIf the unsent activities tab does not go away, you can just try to log out of your Repsly app, log back in, and go back to step 1.If the issue persists, your Internet connection isn't good enough. You should try the steps again when you find a better connection. By 2013, their aspirations for the company had grown even larger as they searched for investors and set out to sell the product internationally, focusing on the huge retail markets in the United States.During the process of finding investors, Kovač was introduced to Matthew Brogie (our current CEO) who at the time was a consultant with experience in the mobility space. After hitting it off, they began pitching several groups of investors and, ultimately, secured a deal.After our first round of funding in May 2014 with Launchpad and FirstBev, Salespod changed its name to Repsly and officially opened the new headquarters in Boston. The current Boston office is located at 55 Summer Street and is now home to the sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams.Innovating and EvolvingHow has Repsly’s mission changed over the past decade? The company began as a workforce management solution serving many industries, and over time has honed in on the retail execution market, where it’s particularly strong in the food & beverage and health & beauty categories.In 2015, Repsly had grown to $1M in ARR and established itself as a productivity tool for SMB field teams.
