When I contacted Customer Care, Andrew made me feel like I was the biggest idiot in the world because I didn't go through the Ts & Cs with a fine tooth comb to see that the date I want my number to move isn't the same date I start with GoMo. Cancelled then within the 14 days only to be issued with more Ts&Cs that say they're keeping my money anyway. None of their email correspondence has a name attached which just makes it all feel worse.
