First import gpx into BaseCamp an then sync with Instinct via Garmin Explore. i think the same way like my fenix.open a file browser like es-file-explorer and click on a gpx file.now select garmin connect. I do not use phone to communicate to Instinct, but I am sure Instinct does not use .gpx files, but .fit files.
