The following is an overview of the steps required to configure the EZOfficeInventory Web application for single sign-on (SSO) via SAML. EZOfficeInventory offers both IdP-initiated SAML SSO (for SSO access through the user portal or CyberArk applications) and SP-initiated SAML SSO (for SSO access directly through the EZOfficeInventory web application). You can configure EZOfficeInventory for either or both types of SSO. Prepare EZOfficeInventory for single sign-on (see EZOfficeInventory requirements for SSO). In the Identity Administration portal, add the application and configure application settings. Once the application settings are configured, complete the user account mapping and assign the application to one or more roles. For details, see Configure EZOfficeInventory in the Identity Administration portal. Configure the EZOfficeInventory application for single sign-on. You will need to copy some settings from Application Settings in the Identity Administration portal and paste them into fields on the EZOfficeInventory website. For details, see Configure EZOfficeInventory on its web site. After you are done configuring the application settings in the Identity Administration portal and the EZOfficeInventory application, users are ready to launch the application from the Identity User Portal. Before you configure the EZOfficeInventory web application for SSO, you need the following: An active EZOfficeInventory instance for your organization. A signed certificate. You can either download one from the Identity Administration portal or use your organization’s trusted certificate. Contact information for EZOfficeInventory support (to enable and test the SSO feature on your account). The EZOfficeInventory application expects specific attributes in the SAML assertion for each user: first_name emailAddress last_name The attributes email and last_name are mandatory for SAML SSO. Dynamic user provisioning also requires the first_name attribute. Make sure that the schema for your user repository formats user names using separate attributes for the first and last name. If not, you can write a custom SAML script

To restrict access to the application. Configure EZOfficeInventory in the Identity Administration portal To add and configure the EZOfficeInventory application in the Identity Administration portal: In the Identity Administration portal, click Apps, then click Add Web Apps. The Add Web Apps screen appears. On the Search tab, enter the partial or full application name in the Search field and click the search icon. Next to the application, click Add. In the Add Web App screen, click Yes to confirm. Identity Administration portal adds the application. Click Close to exit the Application Catalog. The application that you just added opens to the Application Settings page. The description of how to choose and download a signing certificate in this document might differ slightly from your experience. See Choose a certificate file for the latest information. Configure the following: Field Set it to What you do Your EZOfficeInventory company instance name Your company name, domain, or ID Enter the part of the URL specific to your EZOfficeInventory account. If your EZOfficeInventory URL is enter “acme” Click Download Signing Certificate and open the file in a text editor. (Optional) On the Application Settings page, click Enable Derived Credentials for this app on enrolled devices (opens in built-in browser) to use derived credentials on enrolled mobile devices to authenticate with this application. See CyberArk-issued derived credentials for more information. On the Application Settings page, expand the Additional Options section and specify the following settings: Option Description Application ID Configure this field if you are deploying a mobile application that uses the CyberArk mobile SDK. CyberArk Identity uses the Application ID to provide single sign-on to mobile applications. Note the following: The Application ID has to be the same as the text string that is specified as the target in the code of the mobile application

Configure EZOfficeInventory on its web site To configure EZOfficeInventory for SSO In your web browser, go to the following URL and sign in as Admin: Click the down-arrow next to your name at the top of the page and go to Settings > Add Ons and scroll down to SAML Integration. Configure the following: Field Required or optional Set it to What you do Enabled / Disabled Required Enabled Make sure that Enabled is selected. Identity Provider URL Required The Identity Provider URL from the Application Settings page in the Identity Administration portal. Copy the contents of the Identity Provider URL from the Application Settings page in the Identity Administration portal and paste it here. Identity Provider Certificate Required The contents of the certificate file you downloaded in Configure EZOfficeInventory in the Identity Administration portal Copy the entire contents of the certificate file, including the BEGIN and END statements, and paste it in this field. Login Button Text Required Login button label Enter the text you would like to use on the Login button, for example, SSO Login. First Name Required first_name Enter first_name. Last Name Required last_name Enter last_name Email Required emailAddress Enter emailAddress Scroll down and click Update.
