My ultimate view is - shared presence between skype and phone system, ability to place real calls from both traditional voip phone and skype client using single headset. If phone call came in through voip line - Skype presence changes to Busy and vice versa. Having 2 headsets, or 2 apps on a Desktop is silly. RingCentral fits the bill, but I’ve heard mixed feelings about them, and their pricing is high.
